The whole booking journey
Your day does not stop when someone picks a time.
Bookhurst connects the customer-facing calendar to the operational work that comes after it—so information keeps moving without another spreadsheet or disconnected tool.

Flexible by design
Five booking types. One source of truth.
Mix services, rentals, group sessions, inventory and covers in the same workspace. Each resource gets its own rules, timezone and public booking link.
Presets give you a strong starting point. Capacity, durations, buffers, payment requirements and booking windows stay fully editable.
Multi-day rentals counted by inclusive calendar day, with changeover time.
Class / event
Group sessions at fixed times — yoga, tours, workshops.
Equipment
Interchangeable units hired out — bikes, cameras, meeting rooms.
Table
Covers and party sizes — restaurants, tastings.
Built for the work after booking
Less tool-hopping. More knowing what is next.
The customer record, payment state and booking history stay connected, giving your team the context to act quickly.
Availability stays protected
The same rules shown to customers are enforced again when the booking is submitted.
Booking control
Approve, decline, assign, reschedule, cancel or mark no-shows without losing the thread.
Recurring appointments
Book a weekly or biweekly run in one go — see which dates are free before you commit, then cancel one session, everything from a date onward, or the whole series.
Payments & deposits
Collect by Stripe Checkout or record cash, transfer and terminal payments in the same history.
Balance invoices
Create the remaining-balance invoice after a deposit, email it and track payment to completion.
Customer CRM
Import existing customers from CSV with field mapping, duplicate review and consent safeguards, then manage leads, notes and follow-up tasks.
Email workspace
Compose rich customer emails, save templates, review sent messages and resend when needed.
Customer self-service
A private link lets customers review, reschedule or cancel inside the cutoff you choose.
Solid underneath
Flexible for customers. Predictable for your team.
The engine handles the edge cases that make real-world scheduling difficult, while the interface stays straightforward.
Capacity without overselling
Seat and unit counts are re-checked under a per-resource lock before a booking is accepted.
Timezone-safe availability
Weekly hours and calendar days stay anchored to each resource's own timezone.
Clear roles, protected access
Owners and staff have distinct permissions. Two-factor authentication can be enabled per account or required across the workspace.
Start simply
Set up once. Keep adapting.
Your first resource can be ready in a few focused steps, and the workspace grows with the way your business actually runs.
01
Create what you book
Start with a useful preset, then tune duration, capacity, price, buffers and booking rules.
02
Set when it is available
Add weekly hours in the right timezone and block holidays, maintenance or private time.
03
Share one simple link
Customers choose an open time, enter their details and pay when payment is required.
04
Run everything from home
Your dashboard brings together requests, schedules, customers, payments and follow-up.
Pricing
Priced by your team and your volume.
Every plan includes unlimited resources and all five booking types. You connect your own Stripe account, so we never take a percentage of what your customers pay you.
Working alone but need payments and invoices? Add them to Solo for $15 rather than buying seats you won't use. Going over your monthly bookings never blocks a customer — extra bookings are $0.05 each and capped at the difference to the next plan.
Prices show what you’re billed once a year (ten months’ cost — two months free).
